    For multi-night stays, we prioritize your privacy and comfort. We will not enter your room for cleaning unless specifically requested. If you would like your room to be cleaned during your stay, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

  • Check-in is from 4 pm - 7 pm AST, local time.

    Check-out is before 11am AST, local time.

  • We understand that travel plans can vary, and we strive to accommodate our guests' needs. Early check-in and late check-out times may be possible based on availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    For multi-night stays, we prioritize your privacy and comfort. We will not enter your room for cleaning unless specifically requested. If you would like your room to be cleaned during your stay, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.We strive to make your stay as convenient as possible, including providing flexible payment options.

    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards.

    • Deposit Requirements: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount will be communicated during the booking process.

    • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is typically due upon check-in. For longer stays or special bookings, alternative arrangements can be discussed.

    • Cancellation Policy: Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on refunds and any applicable fees.

    • Receipts and Invoices: Upon request, we can provide detailed receipts or invoices for your records.

    Note if you booked using a 3rd party booking service, you payment options may be different.

Room & Amenities

  • We have 3 guest suites located in the B&B and one 2-bedroom apartment available for nightly, weekly and long-term stays. The apartment is the old servants quarters and attached to the main house, however has its own entrance with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Our self-contained apartment offers a private and comfortable stay for guests who prefer additional privacy and independence.

  • All our guest suites offer private ensuites. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.

  • Our guest suites have access to free Wi-Fi and satellite TV for your enjoyment. Additionally, each guest suite offers window air conditioning for the warmer evenings, and electric fireplaces for the chillier nights. The apartment has Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the living room for your enjoyment, and window air conditioning in the bedrooms.

  • For guests staying in the B&B, there are common areas available to sit and relax and enjoy comfortable time together. For guests staying in the apartment, there is a living room with seating for 4 people and a small table and chairs in the kitchen for 4 people.

Meals & Dining

  • For guests staying in our B&B, breakfast starts with oatmeal or fresh fruit with yogurt, followed by a main dish, and completed with a local or homemade sweet. Tea, coffee and selection of juices are served. We also offer to-go cups for coffee and will wrap your sweet treat to take with you for your day of adventures to enjoy later in the day. For guests staying in the apartment, breakfast is not included with the stay, however you can arrange for breakfast at the B&B in advance by calling 506-622-7259 (additional fees apply).

  • All our breakfasts are inspired by the east coast of Canada and meals we enjoyed growing up here. Options change daily, however we often serve Eggs Benny (traditional, smoked salmon, Donair), stuffed French toast, Fish Cakes, traditional bacon and eggs, breakfast sandwich and many more.

  • Our home-based business operates in an environment that may contain allergens. While we strive to maintain a clean and welcoming space, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment. If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, we recommend you call and speak to us directly so we can answer any questions you may have as your health and comfort are important to us.

  • We serve breakfast in the guest dining room between 7:00 and 9:30am local time. If other arrangements are required, please speak to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Absolutely!  We can accommodate this request, however we also offer a great experience in our guest dining room with a served breakfast on fine china.

  • We serve only breakfast, however we have many local restaurants that are within walking distance of the B&B.

  • We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility to our guests yet allow for others the opportunity to book any vacancies. Please note that the specifics of our policy may vary based on the time of year and other factors. For the most up-to-date information, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss your booking details.

  • We look forward to providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming experience including a pet-free environment in all our guest areas to accomodate any visitors who may have pet allergies.

  • The entire property is smoke and vape-free

  • Yes, we are delighted to welcome guests of all ages and families with children to our bed and breakfast. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask parents to be mindful of other guests and supervise their children at all times to helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all.

  • To ensure a restful and pleasant stay for all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekends. During this time, we kindly ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum in both guest rooms and common areas. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy.

Accessibility & Location

  • Please note that our bed and breakfast inside and outside has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. If you have specific needs or concerns, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to provide recommendations for suitable accommodations.

  • Parking is always free. Each guest room is provided with one parking space and the apartment is provided with 2 parking spaces. If you need additional parking, or have an oversized vehicle or trailer, please contact us in advance for parking options.

  • Our B&B is walking distance to many local restaurants, shopping, attractions and more! Public transportation is also available nearby.

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our bed and breakfast is a top priority for us. Here are some measures we take to maintain a safe and clean environment for our guests. By taking these steps, we aim to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all our guests. If you have any specific concerns or requests regarding cleanliness, please feel free to let us know. We're here to ensure you have a pleasant stay.


    1. Regular Cleaning:

       - Our rooms and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.

       - High-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls, are disinfected frequently.


    2. Laundry:

       - All bed linens and towels are laundered after each guest’s stay, using high-temperature settings to ensure thorough cleaning.


    3. Sanitization Supplies:

       - Hand sanitizers are provided in common areas for guests to use.

       - Disinfectant wipes are available upon request for guests who wish to perform additional cleaning during their stay.


    4. Guest Room Preparation:

       - Each guest room is carefully prepared and inspected before check-in to ensure it meets our high standards of cleanliness.


    5. Health and Safety Protocols:

       - We encourage staff and guests to follow good hygiene practices, such as regular hand washing and wearing masks if necessary.

By having these safety protocols in place, we aim to provide a secure and comfortable environment for all our guests. If you have any specific concerns or questions about our safety measures, please feel free to let us know. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

    1. Emergency Contact Information:

       - For B&B guests, please note that while we are on-site at the B&B to ensure your stay is comfortable, we are not often present in the guest common space. We do, however, reside at the property and are available during the night for any urgent needs. If you need anything, please feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you. 

    Our self-contained apartment offers a private and comfortable stay for guests who prefer additional privacy and independence. This apartment includes 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. We respect your privacy and are never present in the guest apartment space.  If you have any requests or require assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.

    2. Fire Safety:

       - Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed and regularly checked.

       - Emergency lighting is installed in the stairways and flashlights are in each guest bedroom.

       - Escape ladders are in each of the guest rooms.

    Note, we do not allow for open flames such as candles to be used in the guest rooms and common areas.

    3. First Aid:

       - First aid kit is available on the premises for minor injuries.

    4. Security:

       -  For your convenience and security, the front door is equipped with a combination door lock. Additionally, traditional keys are available for the guest suite so you can lock your room when you are out and exploring. This ensures that you have flexible and secure access to your room throughout your stay. The aparment is also equipped with a combination door lock.

       - We encourage guests to keep their rooms locked when they are not inside, and their vehicles locked when they are parked.
